Cardholders can convert education payments made at local Educational Partner Institutes into a Call & Convert Payment Plan of 12, 18, 24 or 36 months by calling the ComBank Contact Centre on 1316. Commission rates apply: 12 Months - 3.00%, 18 Months - 4.50%, 24 Months - 8.00%, 36 Months - 8.00%. Only transactions above Rs. 25,000 made locally are eligible.

Applicable only for payments made at local Educational Partner Institutes. Commission charged on transaction value: 12 Months - 3.00%, 18 Months - 4.50%, 24 Months - 8.00%, 36 Months - 8.00%. Open to all Credit Cards issued by Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC. Only transactions above Rs. 25,000 made locally are eligible for the Payment Plan Scheme. Cardholder must inform the Contact Centre within 7 days from the original transaction date to establish the Call & Convert scheme. Transaction value must be within available balance and authorized credit limit at time of transaction. Only full transaction value can be converted, no partial payments possible. Once converted, the scheme cannot be changed and installments are non-refundable. Early settlement fee of 3% charged on remaining balance if settled early. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions. General Credit Card terms and conditions continue to apply.
