The promotion is open to all Visa Credit and Debit Cards issued by Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC. The offer is valid for Sri Lankan citizens and expatriates holding valid ComBank Cards. All payments must be fully settled using Commercial Bank Visa Credit or Debit Cards to qualify for the offer. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional programs, or offers organized by the Bank or the partnering merchant. The general terms and conditions applicable to Commercial Bank Visa Credit and Debit Cards will continue to apply.
