The Offer is applicable to all locally issued HSBC Top Premier credit cards only. The Offer is valid only to Sri Lankans and resident visa holders. The Offer is valid on double and triple rooms in all room categories and shall not be valid for extras, liquor and spa facilities etc. Cardholders will be eligible for 50% off on double rooms only. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer provided by the merchant/HSBC and shall be subject to availability. The Cardholder should be present at the hotel throughout the stay. All reservations to be made via the hotel reservations number quoting the Cardholders HSBC Premier credit card number and exclusive promo code. To avail the Offer, the Cardholder shall make the full payment by using his/her HSBC Premier Elite credit card. The standard children's policy / cancellation policy shall be applicable to this Offer , in accordance with the standard policy of the hotel. The general credit card terms and conditions of HSBC shall apply to this Offer. The Offer shall not be applicable for pre confirmed bookings, corporate bookings and group bookings. The maximum number of rooms per HSBC Premier credit card shall be 3 rooms per credit card for the offer period. HSBC shall not be responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges, and expenses that a Cardholder may suffer, sustain or incur by availing to this Offer. HSBC at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify, change or withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions, herein contained, applicable to this Offer at any time without notice to the Cardholders. The Cardholders shall be solely responsible for adhering to the Covid 19 safety protocols advised by the Government, Ministry of Health of Sri Lanka and the merchant from time to time and HSBC shall accept no liability or responsibility of the Cardholders for the safety measures provided by the merchant or for any loss, damage or injury that maybe caused to them.
